Our support system is set up to provide quick responses to questions, technical issues, and requests associated with your website hosting plan.
We can also provide limited website support. For some website issues, we will refer you to our partner agency Wellington Studio.
How to submit a support ticket?
On our home page (https://parsonshosting.com) look in the navigation menu for "Contact Us"
Upon opening the link to Contact Us, you will find the option to generate a support ticket.
Provide us with your name, and email we can reply to. In the subject please include the domain associated with your inquiry.
If the ticket is associated with a technical issue, please describe in the message area the problem. Provide a link to where we can experience the problem. Please describe the desired performance you are seeking. Include any relevant screenshots.
A complete and accurate description including links helps us reply with a solution rather than "more questions".
We can correspond via email, but you can review ticket history in your client area by logging into your account. At the bottom of the home page, find options under the "Your Account" heading that will land you in the associated section after logging in.
