How To Add A User To Your Hosting Account Print

Hi,

So you need to add a user to your hosting account. No problem!

We recommend your add-on user 1st register their own user account here: https://parsonshosting.com/register.php

Once registered, they can share with you the email address they used when registering. You will need that email to send an invite to them. How to do that?

  1. Log into your hosting account.
  2. Look in the navigation row across the top of your browser for Hello!, <your username> and hover over it to reveal a drop-down of options. On mobile, click on the hamburger icon. Select "User Management"
  3. In the user management section, scroll down to the "Invite New User" section.
  4. Enter the email address of the new user or add-on user into the input where it says "name@example.com"
  5. Select "All Permissions" or "Choose Permissions". Selecting "Choose Permissions" reveals a list of options where you can assign specific authority to the new add-on user.
