So you need to add a user to your hosting account. No problem!
We recommend your add-on user 1st register their own user account here: https://parsonshosting.com/register.php
Once registered, they can share with you the email address they used when registering. You will need that email to send an invite to them. How to do that?
- Log into your hosting account.
- Look in the navigation row across the top of your browser for Hello!, <your username> and hover over it to reveal a drop-down of options. On mobile, click on the hamburger icon. Select "User Management"
- In the user management section, scroll down to the "Invite New User" section.
- Enter the email address of the new user or add-on user into the input where it says "name@example.com"
- Select "All Permissions" or "Choose Permissions". Selecting "Choose Permissions" reveals a list of options where you can assign specific authority to the new add-on user.
